[Highland Park] Goldfish Need a New Home

We have 6 small goldfish in a small outdoor pond. All need a new home before winter, as the pond is too small, too shallow and has a small leak. If anyone would be willing to adopt them, we'd greatly appreciate it. There are 3 gold ones, 3-4 inches in length, two dark ones about 3 iniches long, and a smallish pale fish about 2 inches long, and there may be a 7th small dark one still there, but it is hard to see and count them. They would happily go to an indoor or outdoor home - to the extent that one can tell if fish are actually happy, they will certainly not be happy when the pond freezes on top and leaks out the bottom. 412-508-4527 Dave

Entertainment center is black wood laminate, 14.75 inches deep, 47.5 wide, 42.5 high. Opening for TV is 27 inches. There are 5 shelves in addition to the TV opening. In good condition. Nancy Arnold JUST SAY NO TO CYPRESS MULCH Bald Cypress grows mainly southern swamps. It does not regenerate rapidly and is vital to the swamp ecosystem. It is a waste of a good and magnificent tree to grind it up and throw it on your garden. Also, it does not even make very good mulch. Some dear friends of mine have recently welcomed 3 foster children into their home and are in need of clothes for them. If anyone has clothes to donate/lend, it would be greatly appreciated. [Highland Park] Space to record a string ensemble?

Hello neighbors, I'm looking for a nice sounding place where my 8-piece string ensemble could record for a few hours during the day this Friday. A large entryway, dining room, or space in a church or other facility, etc. would work out great. I'm thinking there are some of the larger older homes that might have large rooms. I had been lined up to record in the Atrium at the Union Project but, unfortunately, that won't work out because of noise issues (them, not us); it does need to be fairly quiet. So I thought I'd ask my neighbors. Any suggestions welcome. I would gladly pay for the use of the space. Thank you, Ben Hardt

Hi All, I have two girl's costume I made from previous Halloweens. One is an Indian princess (age 5-9) the other a fairy princess (@ ages 6-9). The Fairy has felt leaves around neck and waist and a tulle skirt. The other is brown "suede" with lots of fringe. Very cute. Asking $20 each. Photos on request as files are too large. Mary

I should have waited to post my earlier message until I got to the back of my closet, as I've discovered more items that are in great condition - that I just don't use! There is no size listed in the cap - it has stretch elastic on the back so it fits a variety of sizes. $5 3) *Official Girl Scout Adult Uniform Scarf* - for adult volunteers/troop leaders - this is one of the new scarves released last year for the new uniform concept - wear with your own navy blue clothing and you have an official uniform. [Highland Park] Free containers and soil for container gardening

We have some plastic bins and five-gallon buckets that we have used for three years for backyard container gardening. They are not much to look at, but they're sturdy. We have grown tomatoes, peppers, eggplant, and lots of herbs with good success. They all have drainage holes drilled in them, and they're filled with a combination of potting soil and compost. We will not be using them next spring, so we're giving them away.
