The annual All Saints Music Festival at St. Andrew's in Highland Park begins Monday evening, November 1, at 8 p.m., with the Opening Concert by the Pittsburgh Festival Orchestra, under the direction of Andres Cardenes, former Concertmaster of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra. The orchestra will feature music by Handel, Torelli, Bach, and Mendelssohn, and a celebratory reception will follow. All are welcome. Admission is free. We were a bit surprised, and quite grateful, at how many people contacted us to take in the little blighters, and at how many people in the city have garden ponds. Our son is already planning a larger version to be put in next summer. Hmm, well maybe...

Hi! My husband and I are finally getting over our student lifestyle and starting to set up a house looking like a house, so we have a bunch of things that we want to get rid of to make room for the things we actually like. These are all items in good shape but not so pretty and fairly used (except noted otherwise) and would be ideal for a college/ graduate student or starting couple. *4 cups Mr. Coffee coffee maker plus stack of paper filters. *Mr. Coffee ice tea maker with two pitchers. *Shake 'n Go smoothie maker (new, used only once!) The three of them go for $30, but if you are interested in only one, please let me know! *Full set of dinnerware for 4 people, consisting of 4 mugs, 4 cereal bowls, 4 desert plates, and 5 diner plates. One of the bowls is chipped, the same as one of the plates, that is why we bought an extra one. These are your basic Walmart white set, no frills, but in good shape. *Full set of silverware for 4 people, consisting of 4 forks, 4 knifes, 4 soup spoons, 4 desert spoons. These are brand Cambridge and are still brand new in the box, we have never used them. The two of them go for $25, but if you want only one let me know! Thanks a lot for reading! Coty and Greg.-
