[Highland Park] Summer Art Courses for Kids, Teens and Adults

I work at a place called Manchester Craftsmen's Guild, which isn't in Highland Park, but is still pretty incredible. We are offering some quality art courses this summer for kids, teens and adults. I thought I would share this info with my neighbors... Middle School Three two-week sessions for students 10-13 years old, Monday-Friday 9am – 4pm. Students will work in three of our four studios every day, creating a variety of projects. $480.00 per session: http://mcgyouthandarts.org/summer/middle-school High School Three two-week sessions for students 14-18 years old, Monday-Friday 1pm – 4pm. [Highland Park] Fantastic Nanny for hire!

Hi Neighbors, I am have a wonderful nanny to recommend. Sadly, she will no longer be caring for our son, as we are moving to San Francisco. Becka Moore has been taking care of my son for 2 years. She is now looking for another position, around 30-40 hours per week. She is responsible, energetic, creative and caring. She is everything you could want in a nanny (and I am kind of picky when it comes to this). Leaving her behind will definitely be the hardest part of our move. Beware, your child will probably cry when she leaves and call you "Becka... I mean Mommy". She was great with my son through all ages and stages, infancy through toddlerhood. [Highland Park] FREE Child's Sand/Water Table

We have a plastic sand/water table that our kids our too old to use anymore (I believe it's a Little Tykes brand, but honestly can't recall). I put it out on the curb last night thinking that someone might pick it up before the garbage men got to it. However, it was still there this morning. I'd much rather it go to a home with kids then to the landfill. It's sitting in our driveway at 1117 Heberton Street, so come on by and pick it up if you want it. If it's still there next Sunday, it will be doomed as trash. Note: It sat outside for much of its life, so there's water trapped inside the plastic. Just be careful when picking it up since some water may leak out. Other than that, it's it pretty good shape, especially the sand table part. Rob Schwartz

Howdy Folks, I have a Maytag Atlantis series washer and GAS dryer for sale. They are both in excellent condition. Old style washer with agitator, both look gently used. The previous owner did not even take the protective wrapping off where the controls are. I have used these machines several times since moving in to my new home, and they work as they should.
