Hey everyone: I'm selling a gently-used Weider Pro 9635 Home Gym system in great condition. It's a really great system, I just have a gym membership now, so I haven't really got much use for this. It's a 3-station system, assembled dimensions are: Height- 76 inches, Width- 89 inches, Length- 64 inches. Below you will find some information I found on the web about the system. I've also attached a picture. Retail price for this gym is $550+; I was hoping to get $150 OBO. The gym is already disassembled and I have complete instructions for putting it together. Let me know if you need any more info or if you're interested! *Weider Pro 9635 Home Gym System: * Weider Home Gym includes 16 (12.5) weight plates plus two 6.5 top weight plates = 213 LBS OF EQUAL WEIGHT. 38 different exercises from Bench Press to Leg Press. Home Gym Systems Exercise Guide of 38 different exercies plus Users Manual showing setup and dismantle. *Pull-down* If you don't have a pull-up bar or have trouble performing pull-ups, the pull-down is an effective alternative. This exercise<http://www.livestrong.com/fitness/>works your back, shoulders and biceps, making it an efficient way to build upper-body strength. As the website FullFitness.net points out, this exercise also improves your grip strength and can be performed by beginners. To perform the pull-down, attach a bar to the high pulley. Hi all, I just had a great experience using Charlie Martin of James W Martin & Sons, Inc. I had some problems with chimneys not venting properly and had a few scary estimates. I called Charlie (he's the fourth generation in this business so he knows old houses). Not only was he pleasant and prompt, but he took care of the problem for a fraction of what I was told it would cost. His guys were great-even fixed a loose lock on my front door just because it was loose! I would love to see these guys get some work around Highland Park-they were just terrific! Paula Flaherty
