This clock has a beautiful face, but does not work consistently. The glass globe is in perfect condition with no nicks or scratches. The glass could be used on another clock, or one who likes to tinker could attempt to get the clock working consistently. $25 Tim Ward

[Highland Park] Park Place Pub beware

Beware, when eatingat Park Place Pub, be sure to ask that they have all the proper ingredients for what you are ordering. Today my boyfriend and I stopped at Park Place Pub for lunch and I ordered the Shrimp Scampi Pizza which the menu stated was: Extra virgin olive oil, mozzarella, shrimp, garlic, fresh diced tomatoes and green onion. What was served to me was: Tomato sauce, shrimp and green peppers. When we asked about the pizza, the cook said that they were all out of fresh tomatoes, green onions and olive oil. When we asked about the garlic, he just shook his head and walked away. While the pizza was still edible (we were starving), this could be a problem for people who suffer from food allergies. A restaurant should not be able to subsitute for completely different ingredients without warning the customer ahead of time. I did eat the pizza, but it was just not as enjoyable as it should have been because it was not what I was expecting. Also, as we walked home, we noticed several red tomatoes on the banister out back. Hopefully some changes will be made, as I would like to see Park Place Pub succeed.

Perfect for a dorm room, or while watching the game on the deck. What we are offering is a 13" Samsung TV (not flat screen) and a digital tuner, complete with both remotes and cables. Now what make this neat is that the attached pictures were taken from off the air via the tuner signals. No cable hook up (and cost) to contend with. I used a three foot piece of coax cable and the tuner found 28 stations. What you would get depends on where you live and what kind of antenna you might be using. Honestly I had no idea you could pull so many signals off the air for free. So, the price for the package is $35.00 or best offer. And, yes we can hook it up so you can see what you are getting.
