Hello, an acquaintance of mine is looking to rent their 3 BR apartment in East Liberty. The apartment is located just off of N. Negley on Black Street. It is a spacious 3 BR (technically, 4 with one captive), located near bus lines in a quiet building. The apartment also has its own washer and dryer hook ups in the basement. He is only asking $650 per month, and the tenant will pay gas and electric. The apartment is a steal. If you would like to see it, shoot me an email. It will go fast.

Neighbors, It is sad looking at the trash permanently left on the sidewalk of N Euclid close to the intersection with Janero. I assume that there should be another place for that and hopefully the management of that property will take the right actions to clear that public space. Jose

Thanks to all of you that helped ident the flowering perennial as a Japanese Anemone. FYI there were some 13 gardeners that responded to our request! So, here's the next challenge. This plant takes up the space where we would like to fill in with the Japanese Anemone. It is a tall flower on a single stalk Truth be told I really don't care for the plant where it is and only have a limited space for plants needing full sun.
