Scrapbooking and card making supplies

I took a fall 2 years ago and broke my wrist. Unfortunately, it hasn't fully recovered yet and I've developed arthritis in that hand. I have been making scrapbooks and cards for about 25 years and have quite the collection of materials. Sadly, I can't do papercrafting anymore and everything is just gathering dust. I am slowly boxing things up to sell at a garage sale. I thought I'd let neighbors get first dibs. Currently I have hundreds of sheets of 12x12 paper boxed up. I have almost every solid color and many different types of patterned sheets. Email if your interested. Everything will be priced to sell.

ISO: Successful Raccoon Deterrent Techniques

Hi neighbors, We are dealing with the unfortunate situation of raccoons making themselves quite comfortable in our backyard, on our back deck, and even crawling up one of our downspouts in an attempt to claw through our wooden soffit to find shelter in our attic/crawlspace. I was hoping that some of you would have some recommendations for deterrents that have worked for you in the past! We have a motion light, our garbage cans are not in our backyard and they are secure, and we have even tried sprinkling hot pepper flakes around the yard. Please let me know ASAP about other methods that worked for you. Best, Elisabeth

ISO: Small AC Repair

Howdy, Neighbors! I’m in search of someone who can take a look at a window AC unit that seems to be getting power (it clicks and does a bit of buzzing), but doesn’t actually run. The unit serves a walk-in cooler at Hilltop Urban Farm, a very cool community-based agricultural nonprofit located in Mt. Oliver. The unit is powered by an off-grid solar and battery system, which I help the farm maintain, but AC work is out of my wheelhouse. Based on a bit of research, my guess would be that the unit has a faulty condenser, motor, or fan capacitor, but I really have no idea. This is a small job, so I suspect it won’t be of interest for a larger outfit (especially when a few hours of their labor might pay for a new unit). However, if anyone knows of an individual or smaller repair company that might be interested (or has experience with this stuff), I’ll appreciate any leads you might have to offer!
