Can yinz help me out and vote for my little jag? The extra money is gonna help with some vet bills and I'm going to put some back into small rescues that help manage the cat population in the city. Voting requires a Facebook page or credit card to verify identity. It doesn't charge the card unless you make a donation to the Petster foundation. storm window recommendations

Has anyone gotten new storm windows recently? We had a pre-pandemic quote from Dunrite, but it turns out they no longer install storm windows and only do full replacements (which we are not interested in). This seems like a trend, unfortunately. Does anyone have recommendations for window specialists who still do this work? Alternatively, I've found places to order the windows online, but would need professionals for installation on our three story house. Recommendations for contractors who would do installation? dear neighbors: if you’re concerned about the highland park open air police firing range, suffering its gunfire in your home even with windows shut, if you feel alarmed or stressed in the park jogging or swimming to the noise from automatic weapons, if you’re enraged that kids hear gunfire regularly on the playground, if you are experiencing trauma or anxiety when you hear the gunfire, if you moved out of the neighborhood because of the firing range, please sign this petition: https://chng.it/ZFsGxyNbXW the range operates without community consent and despite decades of effort by the HPCC to end the noise. now residents and visitors have a chance to make our voice heard. the petition will go to Pittsburgh city leaders as well as the Pa. statehouse and DC senators and congresspeople. no other residential neighborhood has an open air police firing range. we don’t deserve one either. please pass the word! thank you! joy
