Free mower and hose on reel

Free power lawn mower. My neighbor says it’s seems to be electric. The former owner says it works. Don’t ask me anything about it because I know nothing of mowers. There’s also a hose on a wind-up real. Take one or both. . Located in the alley behind Stanton Avenue between Collins and Sheridan near Dilworth school. Beware of big potholes back there. Save others a trip and reply if you have taken one or both before I check again and report back myself.

Smiling Banana Leaf surcharge

Last night my friends and I tried to order takeout from Smiling Banana Leaf just before 8:00 pm. I called, was put on hold, and then the call was disconnected. I called back and ordered 6 dishes. About 10 minutes later, the restaurant called me and said because my order was big and they were very busy, there would be a 10% surcharge. I was asked if I wanted to pay the 10% extra or cancel my order, so I cancelled it. Has anyone else experienced this?? I've never had this occur with any restaurant, and it just doesn’t feel neighborly. I will not try to give them my money again. Our HP neighbors have supported this restaurant and helped make it a success. I know it is small, etc. and busy, but being busy is a high class problem for a restaurant. Jana
