Milkweed

Holy wow, do HPers love their monarch butterflies! I was given clues on where to find milkweed all over the 'hood. My caterpillar cohort is down to about 10 because I've shared a number of them with others, and they are in a mesh 'pillar house for safety and access to leaves. Not much to see right now, I'm afraid! I have a number of milkweed pods from which I plan to start seedlings. The original plant was from Sylvania natives in Squirrel Hill. It is a variety of milkweed that is native to Southwest PA. If my seedlings are successful, I will post availability on the list serve in case anybody is interested. Thanks again, neighbors!
