River Mist - predictability (13th Street Sharpsburg)

Hi there, I was wondering if anyone can tell me what weather conditions to look for in order to attempt to guess when the best mornings might be to find mist on the river? I’d suspect a cool night followed by a humid warming morning but maybe there are some weather scholars or some kayak users or boaters familiar with 13th Street in Sharpsburg? Daycare spot for child over one open!

I have a full time daycare spot opened! I am open from 7:30 am to 5pm, it is a hands on in home daycare with over 7 years of experience with children from 3 months to 6 years, cpr and first aid training, a degree in early education and am licensed under the state. I am dedicated to not only taking care of the children but beginning their learning experience with preschool curriculum based on the child/childrens age. I watch the children in the lower level of my house which is remodeled just for the daycare so that the children have nothing of danger they could get into, and focus a lot of my time on art work, crafts, reading, outdoor time, music and exercise. I would love to find someone who goes to the pool on a regular/semi-regular basis and who drives there and would take me. I'm available most times, but would prefer to not stay too long (say up to an hour?). I don't drive and can't quite walk it and really need to do this. I live on Hampton near Highland Park. Healthy Houseplants For Sale!!

I have about 40 healthy houseplants for sale. A few are larger but many small and medium sized, many different kinds. Lots of tradescantias (wandering jew plants), jade plants, a few succulents, night-blooming cereus, and some others. Some are more mature in nicer pots, others smaller and/or in plastic pots, so varying prices. All have fresh, good potting soil. If you have a pot you want to fill I can repot it for you here.
