Hire some help to move a fridge

Hello Neighbors!!! I have to move a fridge from the second floor to the third floor of the house I live in. The fridge then that is on the third floor needs to go out of the house on the porch for later recycling. These are smaller one door and two door fridges suitable for studios. I had to do this for a stove and saw how difficult it is, doors and stairs, and the need for good skills/equipment. Recommendations for basement waterproofing

My basement is damp and the foundation is sandstone and crumbling in places. Dehumidifiers are fighting a losing battle. Need someone to repair some areas and apply Dry Lok or something to hold it all together. Thanks in advance!
