Neighbors, Join Pittsburgh Theological Seminary (616 N. Highland Ave.) June 5-11 to hear from Nadia Bolz-Weber, Rachel Held Evans, and Eric Law. They'll help us consider what it is to be church. Eric Law of the Kaleidoscope Institute will be here June 5-8 to offer certificate training in Gracious Leadership. The goal of this training is to give laity and clergy the skills to create diverse communities grounded in grace and hospitality. June 9 there is the opportunity to earn one of two professional development certificates in areas that greatly impact the church of the 21st century: Youth Ministry or Cyber Ethics. Nadia Bolz-Weber and Rachel Held Evans will join us June 10-11 to further the conversation of being church. Nadia's work is the ministry of a pastor living out gracious leadership in diverse communities. Her newest book, Accidental Saints: Finding God In All the Wrong People will guide our communal consideration. Rachel Held Evans engages the church as we consider her newest book, Searching for Sunday: Loving, Leaving and Finding the Church. Hello neighbors! Pittsburgh School for the Choral Arts is hosting a Musical Scenes camp for students in 1st through 8th grade July 11 - 15 at Waverly Presbyterian Church. Join us! More info at www.pghchoralarts.org/camp The PSCA *Musical Scenes* Camp is a brand new, week-long camp of fun activities, music learning, arts and dance activities for children entering grades 1 through 8. Students will be grouped by age and skill level, but will also interact with all ages during full-group activities. Each day at camp focuses on a different aspect of performing arts, culminating in a performance of musical storytelling at the end of the week. Half of the time will be dedicated to music and acting and the other half will be set design, dance and other artistic endeavors! Musicals and Scenes include: Lonely Goatherd from *Sound of Music*, Truly Scrumptious from*Chitty Chitty Bang Bang*, Let’s Go Fly a Kite from *Mary Poppins*, Wells Fargo Wagon from *Music Man* and more! No previous musical experience is necessary! All experience levels are more than welcome! Our Camp is run by faculty of the Pittsburgh School for the Choral Arts: - Kathryn Barnard, PSCA Director - Emily Swora, Kodaly certified Choral Instructor - Melissa Johnson, Musicgarten certified Choral Instructor - Hannah Barnard, Dance Instructor - At least five (5) Concentio member camp volunteers Managing Director, Jenny Fein, will also be on site all week. Free pachysandra

I have been digging out pachysandra and have left a lot with roots at the sidewalk edge at 6020 Wellesely Ave (1st block up from Highland on the right side of the street). This grows horizontally so if you lay the roots in a shallow trench it will continue to spread. Water well at first. It is hardy all winter; looks great and is always green. --
