Knowledgeable on water ordinances

Hello I'm wondering if anyone is knowledgeable about ordinances pertaining to water from a sump pump flowing into the street? We have had a sump pump for over one year and it flows from the yard into the street. My neighbors have taken it upon themselves to claim they are unable to drive on a wet street, so PWSA came out and told us we are unable to use the system. I am unable to find an ordinance that says we cannot have our sump pump flow into the street, and I read five sections of that painfulness on pgh20.com. Suggestions? Thanks all!

looking for a mason for foundation repair

Does anyone have a recommendation for a mason for foundation repair? We had wall anchors installed but the foundation still bows in. It is structurally sound, but we want to put it on the market this spring and several realtors have told us we should get it fixed as it's a turn off when people are looking.
