​Hello I'm wondering if anyone is knowledgeable about ordinances pertaining to water from a sump pump flowing into the street? We have had a sump pump for over one year and it flows from the yard into the street. My neighbors have taken it upon themselves to claim they are unable to drive on a wet street, so PWSA came out and told us we are unable to use the system. I am unable to find an ordinance that says we cannot have our sump pump flow into the street, and I read five sections of that painfulness on pgh20.com. Suggestions? Thanks all!
