There is an opening for a customer service representative with a major educational technology company in Pittsburgh. The ideal candidate should be available to work starting immediately through the end of November. Hours will be from 12 pm to 9 pm, 40 hours per week with some additional weekend work possible. Key skills required for this position include excellent problem solving and communication skills, patience and a friendly demeanor. Additional consideration will be given for previous customer service or technical support experience, familiarity with educational software, experience using both Macintosh and Windows platforms, and a background in education or math. Spanish language skills are considered a plus but are not required. Training will be provided. Compensation will be in the range of $12-$15 an hour. theft of downspouts and gutters

Last week one of my downspouts was stolen. Over the weekend, probably mid afternoon saturday, two more were stolen and they attempted to take the gutter off of my porch eves as well. I called the police but the officer that came out showed no concern or interest. I fear they will be back. Any thoughts on how to catch these thieves would be appreciated. Karen
