Hello my old friends and neighbors!!!!! I miss HP already. Thought I would check with y'all before I buy ....I need to furnish extra rooms at this townhouse. I have given away so much furniture in my moves that I now regret, but here I go. If you are planning on selling any of the following in the near future - this is what I am search of: 1. Dining room table and chairs (seat 6-8) or a decent dining room set 2. washer and dryer (separate or together) 3. queen bed frame (and anything that may match it for a spare bedroom). 4. any size flat screen TV for my spare bedroom I will consider any reasonable sales of decent quality furniture. Thanks - and I look forward to hearing from my old friends and neighbors. (PS - I've already started the gardening trend in my row of townhouses - in fact people stole some of my plants. Utilities Provider Recommendation

Hello neighbors, I've lived in Highland Park for almost two years since I moved to Pittsburgh from NYC. I've loved every minute of it but will be moving at the end of the month. I won't be far away (just over a mile to my new place) but I've been living in an apartment where all utilities have been included. I am not too sure where to begin my search and was hoping I could receive some recommendations on a water/electric/gas provider from the HP community. As a bonus, if anyone has any alternatives for cable/internet other than Comcast or Verizon I'd be interested to hear about it (chances are my roommates and I won't even have cable) I appreciate any suggestions that you all may have for me!
