Our children slept in the box portion of these these beds until they were about 9 years old. The beds are 62 1/4" long, 48" high, and 35 inches across. *The photo shows one bed being used as a bunk with a full size twin mattress on top with the xtra length created with a bookshelf-these items are NOT included. July 13 boot camp and yoga class

Hello Ladies!!! So starting Monday July 13th at 9am La Vida Yoga will be hosting a boot camp/yoga class. It’ll be a fun way to get together and hit it hard. Babies and toddlers are welcomed, my little girl will be there so don’t feel awkward bringing them:) It’s the Hot Mama Club!!—— I’ll bring some toys to keep them entertained :) We’ll stretch out at the very beginning, warm up and then hit hard core:) We’ll finish off with some Yoga so please make sure you bring your mat. New hours and breads from Five Points at Olive & Marlowe

Starting this coming week, Olive & Marlowe will have seasonal Monday hours to coincide with the East Liberty Farmers' Market. We'll be offering 10% off to all employees in the food service industry on those days, as well. And in addition to the pastries from La Gourmandine that we carry on the weekends, we'll also be selling a selection of breads from Five Points Artisan Bakeshop in Squirrel Hill. It's undoubtedly some of the best bread in the city. This weekend we'll have the following: baguettes, multigrain sourdough, walnut raisin sourdough, and plain sourdough. We are located at 5975 Broad Street, three doors down from LUXE on N. Highland Ave.. facing the Hotel Indigo site.
