Lost poodle

Please help me find my lost poodle! He's a chocolate brown standard poodle named Guido. He's about 50 pounds and is wearing a steelers collar. Guido is very shy and won't come if you call his name, but is probably so exhausted that he'll let you come close. He is NOT scary or mean. He's very tame and gentle, but needs you to approach slowly. (He's a rescue dog-- a survivor from a puppy mill. I've had him less than a year and he escaped from my friend's house.) He just wants to get home... He's made his way close to here (someone alerted animal control they saw him near black street). I bought this very new top-of-the-line set because this new Nikon camera body felt so great and secure in the hand. I was going to take a professional camera course but went to the first class and realized it was not for me so it's only been used once. Everything is there in perfect condition. Dear Neighbor: We wanted to add one element from our Facebook posting today that I did not include last night to you, so that you remain fully informed from our perspective. We want to be fair to our elected officials and the URA. (Stay informed by liking/following: https://www.facebook.com/SaveHuntArmoryForThecommunity/) We give Councilman Gilman and Mr. Acklin credit for hearing what the community consistently told them, making sure it was genuine, and then supporting it. 1. Thank you Councilman Gilman. 2. Thank you Mr. Acklin (we still think you had to pull the Mayor along ;-) You both are encouraging New Era community involvement in the city... it is messy and can be uncomfortable. Thank you for truly walking the walk when it was crunch time. 3. Thank you to the URA -- They explained well how they, along with political leaders (Gilman), took a unique approach to engage on this building with the state given its importance. They explained that their process is usually $## driven, given their fiscal mandate to the City, and that therefore the dynamic of such intense community involvement was new to them... but give them credit, they adapted to it and they are genuine in trying to do the right thing. NOTE: It was absolutely clear to us that without this neighborhood action the apartment proposal would have been approved today. Good news is that even if this group fails, the URA board has acknowledged that last process was flawed. If there is a need for another proposal process it will focus solely on 100% community activity concepts.... no more dressing up other business models with 'community' window dressing. Plenty of other places for apartments and incubators. This building is special and should be acknowledged as providing us a unique opportunity to create Dynamic Urban Living Activities destination for everyone in the East End. Pittsburgh in the 21st Century! New Style of making public decisions and focus on Dynamic Urban Living! Stay Positive, Stay Active!! Dear Neighbors: Politicians and officials within the last 48 hours got off the train tracks and got on the train of what officials stated today at URA board meeting was an unprecedented level of community action to support a development proposal!!! Never seen…. 1,000s of emails and calls. Be assured this made a difference and everyone’s email and call made a difference!! Without question the apartment proposal would have otherwise been approved today given the financial numbers of this proposal. Get active in future meetings over next 90 days!! Now the developer of the Ice Rink has 90 days to responded to extensive Due Diligence on their proposal. This is a good thing. Anyone should be forced to prove their promises for this facility! Good news is that even if this group fails, it has been acknowledged that last process flawed. Next proposal process will focus solely on 100% community use concepts. Pittsburgh in the 21st Century!
