I'm truly astonished at the outpouring of support. Someone was even kind of enough to drive her copy over to me as I don't have a car and live in Oakland. Thank you to everyone who replied and those who offered not just their papers but their condolences. It really drives home the fact that Pittsburgh is a small town masquerading as a big city. Heads Up When Ordering from Wine Enthusiast

I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up that I ordered glassware from Wine Enthusiast and had an absolutely horrible experience. It is a long story, but the shipment came incomplete - meaning a box of 4 glasses only had one in it, etc. There were also broken chards in the shipping box and I cut my fingers on one of them. It looked like the glasses broke and someone removed them and sent the box back out. I believe this because a label was also put over the word "Damaged?" On the shipping box to hide it. When I called customer service they did not seem to care at all. They said it could not be the case and did not want to discuss it any further. I will never buy from them again.
