I just wanted to give everyone a heads-up that I ordered glassware from Wine Enthusiast and had an absolutely horrible experience. It is a long story, but the shipment came incomplete - meaning a box of 4 glasses only had one in it, etc. There were also broken chards in the shipping box and I cut my fingers on one of them. It looked like the glasses broke and someone removed them and sent the box back out. I believe this because a label was also put over the word "Damaged?" On the shipping box to hide it. When I called customer service they did not seem to care at all. They said it could not be the case and did not want to discuss it any further. I will never buy from them again.
