Free - Queen Mattress Set

Hey neighbors! I know someone moving to Pittsburgh who is looking to locate in the suburbs. I'm too new myself to be very good at recommending areas, so I thought I'd question the hive mind. Do you know of an area that would fit into the following criteria, and/or of a realtor who would specialize in the whole area and not just a few neighborhoods? Here's what they'd like: forested area, preferably with a few acres. ~1 acre minimum, or backing up to a wooded park, etc. ~20 minute commute from Bakery Square, but could be N, S, E, or W--they really don't care. schools are a non-issue Prices preferably in the high $100s or low/mid $200,000s. (this is the harder part where I'm hoping there are some "gem" locations I don't know about) Brownie Points: they would love to be close to paved trails, if possible (for example, if they backed up to a park). Something somewhat secluded but readily accessible to amenities like groceries. I'd love any leads you could send me--areas or specific houses if you know of something on the market (3 BR/2 BA, MB ensuite required. Garage required). Not opposed to upgrading a kitchen or bath, but don't want a true "fixer-upper". Looking to move-in by Spring. Thanks!! April Merrell
