Dear Neighbors: *You are cordially invited to a free, public Day of Mindfulness* to be held on August 30th at the First United Methodist Church at 5401 Center Avenue in Pittsburgh. Four monastics, in the tradition of Zen Master Thich Nhat Hanh, are traveling from the Blue Cliff Monastery in Pine Bush, NY. Pittsburgh is their first stop on their Mid-West Tour. The program is free, but we are asking folks to register so we know how many to expect, and also to let us know if you would be bringing a a brown bag lunch or want to get a lunch there (from Panera's).
