big Bruges Smokeout with Roundabout Brewery this Monday Night

Hello Neighbors, This Monday night we will be featuring Roundabout Brewery beers paired with summery smoked items from Chef Kevin. Roundabout brewery is a fairly new brewery in Lawrenceville run by a husband and wife team, Steve and Dyana Sloan. Their beers are excellent and we are really excited to be teaming up with them for this event. We will be open from 6-9pm. No reservations, just come on down anytime between those hours. We will also have a small a la carte menu available. So feel free to bring a non beer drinker, as all the special food items for the evening are available a la carte. Here is the featured pairing menu for the evening - 4 beers/4 small plates $35 per person Thai Grilled Pork Salad - basil & mint, chili-lime dressing. Paired with the Ginga Wheat - american wheat beer with fresh pressed ginger, local honey & lemon Smoked Tomato Bruschetta - pumpernickel, Riverview Dairy Chevre, caramelized onion balsamic reduction. Paired with the Black Possum - light bodied dark brew with notes of chocolate & coffee Lamb Barbacoa Tacos - cilantro, pineapple-habanero relish. Paired with Mosiac Saison - dry Belgian style, tropical fruit, pepper & spice Tea Smoked Duck Lettuce Wraps* - napa slaw, kiwi-ginger chutney.
