Hello neighbors!I didn't get around to Spring cleaning, so I'm hoping to do a Summer cleaning. I have a few items for sale if interested: 1) NORTH STATES SUPERYARD XT Baby/Pet Gate & Play Yard. Barely used indoors. Purchased for $70 asking for $35.2) HoMedics SoundSpa Machine for Baby. Retails for $20. Asking for $10.3) Lighting: Matching living room ceiling semi flush mount shade, wall sconces, and dining room 3- light chandelier. $50 for set OBO.4) Stickley Broadway Leather Sofa and Chair Set. Pictures available upon request. $1,200 OBO for set with original receipt. Purchased 7 years ago for $4,900. Sofa has wear on seat cushions otherwise in good condition. Chair in good condition. The leather is a Grade 3 Honey Savannah and the legs are Cherry Wood. The Chair dimensions are W: 36", D:36", H:35". The Sofa: 85.0ʺW × 36.0ʺD × 35.0ʺH 5) English Victorian Drop Well Vanity with Carrera Marble tops. $300 OBO. Tall, mirrored dresser with elaborately scrolled back and cornice, ending in arched pediment above mirror. Top has well-like area between four small drawers and above one large drawer. I believe it is constructed from walnut, this piece is ornately carved. There are two marble slabs that sit on the top of the small drawers and overlap approximately 1/2 an inch on each side over the drawer. The third slab of marble sits on top of the well fits snugly.These slabs I believe are carrera marble. The mirror has beveled glass and is in good condition. There are some age separation cracks in the back of the mirror. We have placed a temporary metal brace on it. There is one loose foot and of wing of the cornice that have come off (put can be perfectly glued back). One of the finials also needs to be repaired. We have all of these pieces in the hopes to restore one day but we have decided to sell it instead. Despite these imperfections, it is quite a stunning piece in a master or guest bedroom we just no longer have the space for it. 6) We have three antique chairs that have seen better days. They need to be restored (wood and cushion). If anyone is interested in putting your wood working skills to use let me know and we will be happy to give them to a good home.7) We have some children's clothing and toys that we would rather donate to local/neighborhood organizations first before donating to bigger organizations.
