Free church pews. Take one, take both, but take 'em fast! 2 church pews for free. The one with the pillows, not included, is 9.5 feet long. The other pew is 11 feet long and very heavy. Must go up / down about 6 steps to remove pews. If interested, let me know. thanks!

Hey neighbors, My husband's parents are visiting from Mexico for the month of December, but our place is not big enough to host them. We are in search of someone who could accommodate them for the month of December OR who would like to do a house swap with them. They need accommodations somewhere in Highland Park from December 1st - December 31st. They are also open to doing a house swap of their place in San Miguel de Allende, Mexico. It's a gorgeous home in a small neighborhood and can accommodate 6+ people. San Miguel is a colonial town in central Mexico and is a vibrant artist colony and popular vacation/retirement destination. There are various items in the (mostly hidden) driveway to the side of my house at 6484 Jackson St. A nice futon mattress with a broken frame, 2 portable tv's (old style), a couple of portable humidifiers, several kid bikes, a love seat that the cats really loved - you get the picture. Nothing in decent enough condition to even donate and will be in the trash (except the tv's) on Monday but I thought I'd put out an alert.

Missing Recycling Bin

Dear Neighbors, Has anyone seen our Recycling Bin? It's just a medium size blue bin with the international recycling symbol on the side. It either been stolen or blew away. I lost my new cushions, don't laugh!

On Thursday I bought a day bed including two bags of upholstered cushions that went with it. For various personal reasons I accidentally left two white trash bags with the cushions in them on our front sidewalk for a few hours and they went missing. I am thinking someone thought they were up for grabs but they weren't, I'd really like to have them back. On Hampton St. near Highland Ave., mid afternoon on the 23rd...If you or someone you know has them I would really appreciate their return. They could just be left on the front porch and no questions asked, just thank you.

Hi folks. After extensive surgery and a stay in a physical rehab facility, I am now at home and able to do part-time work. Only part-time work, no Monday-Friday schedule and not at anyone's home office. More like a virtual assistant and special project manager, etc. Not an office manager at anyone's home office or actual business front office. Because I have extensive experience and only can only work up to $1060 a month, as I was awarded social security disability, you can imagine that the hours will be limited. Depending on a special project, I will charge by the project and the hours it entails, or perhaps a virtual assistant by the hour, then an hourly rate or a salary with a limited number of hours for the $1060 will have to be discussed.
