Hi Neighbors: Our agency is making "Memory Boxes" for children displaced from their birth parents. We will be using various boxes to decorate and give to the child for their items. Shoe boxes are the ideal size. So, if anyone out there has any good condition shoe boxes (with lid) that you no longer need, I would be happy to take them off your hands. The Propers for the Service, observing the Conversion of St. Paul, fall within the traditional Octave of Prayer for Christian Unity--a most appropriate context as we welcome (shortly before his announced retirement) the leader of perhaps the most inclusive of our region's ecumenical organizations.
