This survey will give us data and information we need to understand the varying opinions and use of media across a spectrum of users. Please know that all answers are anonymous and confidential. Hi All, I am going to be renting out the first floor of my duplex (and living in the top floor) in Highland Park on Wellesley Ave starting on May 1st. The first floor unit is very large, and can either be a 3 or 4 bedroom that has 2 full bathrooms. It also is handicap accessible and features a ramp that matches the decking on the house and has one handicap accessible bathroom. The monthly rent is $1800 plus electric. Before a 1st floor tenant moves in I plan to install appliances in the kitchen and also to replace the carpeting. Over time (6 mos - 2 yrs), I have plans to reface the kitchen cabinets, replace the counter tops, and update the rest of the flooring. Hi everybody! There is a new resale shop opening in Bellevue this spring called WearWoof! The proceeds of the shop will go directly to the shelters of the southwestern PA region! They are having a contest right now, the shelter who donates the most wins $500. To the ARL, that's a lot of money. So we could use your help!
