Hi, neighbors! We are looking for a great babysitter for our 6-year-old son everyday after school starting as soon as possible. The daily schedule would be 2:45 until around 5:30 M-Th. After school duties include homework help when needed and taking him to piano lessons one day a week. We'd like someone who can help him with his homework (first grade), enjoys playing board games, and can entice our book-worm, high-strung, computer-loving boy outdoors (weather-permitting). Looking for someone with energy, enthusiasm, and (most of all) patience. We need someone who is reliable and will take this job seriously, but who loves to have fun with a smart, funny kid. [Highland Park] Evensong for St. Francis, and Octoberfest

The first "First Thursday" service of Choral Evensong at St. Andrew's in Highland Park will be held this Thursday evening, October 3, at 8 p.m., to observe the Feast of St. Francis of Assisi. The Parish Choir of St. Andrew's Church, under the direction of Peter Luley, will sing the Evening Service in G by H. Walford Davies, and, as the Office Anthem, the Benedicite, by Herbert Sumsion, and Sentences by William Smith of Durham. A musical program will follow the service, featuring the Bloomfield Liedertafel Singing Society. And an Octoberfest style gathering will take place in the churchyard following the program. All welcome! Should be fun --

It is made out of the upper part of a French buffet ca 1850's called style Henry II or second French Renaissance. In the US Renaissance Revival. Made out of walnut and heavily carved. The top is solid wood and suitable surface for mixing drinks etc.. It is 55" long,39" high,18" deep. $125.00. Thanks, Elisabeth
