[Highland Park] Glass Doors and Screen for Fireplace

Neighbors, We relined our chimney this year so no longer need the glass doors/screen fixture we had on our fireplace. It's still in good shape, so if anyone wants it, it's yours. The outside measurements are 42" by 31 ½ " and the inside measurement, the actual glass and screen, is 34 ½ " by 23". If you would like to take a look at it - or come get it - it's on our porch at the corner of Grafton and Farragut streets. Our street address is 6030 Grafton St., and it is marked on the Grafton Street side of the house even though the entrance is around on Farragut. I am renting a 3 bedroom apt on Farragut Street located in Highland park and I am looking to rent one of the rooms out to a someone who i s GLTB friendly. The room is available immediately. Its a beautiful apartment, hardwood floors. livingroom, kitchen and dining room and off street parking. Rent is $445.00/per month plus half of the utilities. The house is furnished but you will need to provide your own bedroom furniture. I do have a small, well behaved dog... So I can't allow other pets per landlord. I would love to find someone that is mature acting and clean...I am not a clean freak but I like to have my place looking nice. Hello again, all. I've gotten a lot of questions about the Public Market in general, so I thought I'd just send my answers to everyone. The Pittsburgh Public Market is located on Smallman Street, between 16th & 17th Streets, in the Strip District. We are a non-profit, indoor market. All of the businesses located inside the Market are local, small businesses. Our businesses include everything: local beers & wines, freshly-prepared foods (pierogies, soups, hot dogs, Caribbean & Middle-Eastern foods, coffees, baked goods, salsas & dips), fresh farm-to-table goodness (produce, meats, dairy & eggs), hand-made items (jewelry, bath & beauty items, clothing, sculptures, photos, art), and other packaged food items (olive oils, vinegars, gourmet sauces, maple syrup, and many others). In addition to all of this, we also offer entertainment, education & kids' activities.
