Howdy HP'ers, Well, one of our much coveted apartments is up for rent. Before I sell my soul and put it on Craigslist, here we go..It is a studio, roughly 300 square feet. Nice bright windows on the North Euclid side of the building. Light colored laminate floors, with a galley style kitchen. The pics were taken before the last tenant moved out. It's obviously not a huge space, but has many perks.Who doesn't want to be on Bryant Street right now? Rent is 400.00 a month + electric. We cover water, sewage, garbage. These apartments have very little turnover, and we have nice respectful tenants. There is a 20.00 credit check fee. Security deposit is 600.00 (sorry but the owners make me charge 1.5 months rent for security). Sorry, NO PETS either.......Any questions.....let me know....... Thanks to everyone for your messages of concern and for the suggestions. We called around (Sears, Don's Appliance) and no one could send a mechanic until next week. The only one who came over right away was All Pro Applicance: 412-241-4436. They did a fabulous job identifying the problem (faulty ignitor in the oven) and fixing it. We couldn't be happier and want to recommend them highly. Thanks again for all the responses I got. Neepa
