[Highland Park] chimney/roof leak repair

Neighbors, Did a list recently circulate for a good chimney repair person? If so can someone send that my way? I'm at my wit's end. I just discovered a beginning ceiling leak in my newly restored bathroom, after numerous roofing repairs outside and plastering a mold remediation repairs inside. So, whatever the people I hired did, it didn't fix the leak. At this point I am looking for a chimney magician or something. Any recommendations? Thanks,HeatherN Beatty St

Has anyone experienced phone interference from WJAS Radio? Too often we can hear their broadcasts through our phones. All phones /all times of day and night. Very unpredictable. We have Verizon phone service. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you Lynn Raith Heberton Street
