Hello Neighbors, I'm moving in a couple of weeks and must sell my living room sofa. It was purchased new in September 2007. The sofa is technically a 2-piece sectional. It has a more traditionally shaped piece on one end and an angled piece called a "cuddler" on the other end. The angled end is nice and large and deep. Chocolate brown micro-suede fabric is comfortable and cleans up nicely. Sofa is approximately 10 feet from end to end. Pictures are attached. Asking $275 but will consider reasonable offers. Dear Jill, Thank you for getting this information and sharing it with the rest of us. I am so sorry that they did not live up to their promises. I had a friend who went last week for an 1 hour workout, but because of so many problems with the staff and equipment, it took 3 hours. It was outrageous that they are so inept during their first week! Also, she said they had promised to clean with "green" products, especially in the kids area. Well, now that they are open, no such luck. They don't have much of a future in the East End if they keep on making promises they cannot deliver on. Karen Crow

All: I'm looking for an apartment to rent and/or (a) roommate(s) to share an apartment with in Highland Park. I have several friends who live in the neighborhood and think it's fantastic. I just joined this listserve after one of them told me about it last night. I currently live in Bloomfield and am available to move in on Aug. 1. I'm a reporter for the Pittsburgh Tribune-Review who covers technology, higher education and science. Before moving to Pittsburgh three and a half years ago, I lived in many cities as a journalist, including: Phoenix; Salt Lake City; Bend, Ore.; New York; and Lima, Peru. I'm a non-smoker and an active person who likes to run, bike, swim and hike. I keep a clean house and have two medium-sized mixed-breed dogs -- Sofia, 9, and Atticus, 7. Following an amazing cleaning of my children's rooms, I have the following to offer: 1 pr. size 2T soccer cleats and 3 pr. children's size small shin guards 3 hermit crab/reptile feeding dishes. These are brightly colored plastic and have an incline to the bowl so something can climb up to drink/eat. 1 set of plastic preschool aged construction tools - hammer, level, etc. I will be happy to leave these by my door for pick up. Your name will be on the bag. Items for sale: $5 for each set (They are omplete and in very good condition. They retail for $16 each) Please email if interested. Set 1 of BOB books by Scholastic. Set 2 of BOB books by Scholastic Sight words set 1 by Scholastic As a former (sigh) children's librarian, I can attest that these books are the right size for young children to hold, focus on one phonic skill per book, are not cluttered with extraneous words, and provide a gradual skill level challenge.
