He (the owner) is often on sight and does any detailed work himself (for example, he poured the concrete for our driveway drain himself, with his team assisting and learning the intricacies of the process). Kim, Thanks! I called the police and placed a report. When I got home she pointed him out to me, so I saw him. He is now walking up and down the street every 30 to 60 minutes. He is black, between 38 to 45 years old, about 5'11" tall, with a very short beard, black shirt, with blue pants. He was on a bike earlier today with a backpack. I think besides checking out cars and houses I think there is a high likelihood he is selling drugs from his behavior. Please keep an eye out for him.
