[Highland Park] looking for female housemate

I am looking for a female housemate to rent a bedroom in my house on Sheridan starting at the end of January (although the move-in date is somewhat flexible). Rent is $300/month. The bedroom available was just completely remodeled over the summer and is spacious with a built-in bookcase, large windows and recess lighting. The rest of the living space, (e.g. kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and conservatory) are shared between the the two other housemates. Since I will be living abroad a good part of the time, there will often only be one other person living in the house. If you are interested please feel free to ask any questions and if you would like to see the house my schedule is very flexible. Starting on Monday December 27th, we are happy to tell you, Allegro Hearth in Squirrel Hill will be delivering to us on a daily basis. There will be baguettes, whole wheat baguettes, ciabatta, farm grain, italian, sourdough, french boule, raisin walnut, and multi grain to start. All his breads are made without preservatives.
