[Highland Park] roaming aggressive dog

At 4:00 in the afternoon on Monday June 8th, a white and tan muscular dog with purple color with no identification was roaming N. Sheridan Avenue between Grafton Ave and the Park. We saw it attack on two separate occasions dogs being walked. This frightened both dogs and owners.When the other dogs were gone, we got the dog on a leash and it was not aggressive to the people with him. Our vet suggested that we bring the dog to them to be scanned for a chip. The dog is on his way to the vet now (4:30). We will keep you posted as to what happens with the dog. Math Workshops: Puzzlers, Twisters and Conundrums Puzzles are a fun-filled way to learn logical reasoning and to develop thinking skills. Mathematical games help to strengthen our understanding of many concepts in disciplines such as geometry, algebra, computer science. Join us for an hour of lying Martians, devilish Genies, logic grids and magic numbers at the Union Project at Negley and Stanton Ave. These puzzles will challenge and confound you! Gina Quintana, the workshop instructor, holds a PhD. from Columbia University in Chemical Engineering. She was an administrator at a private elementary school, and currently tutors math and science. Also, on tuesday night june 16th we will be at Blue in the Duncan manor plaza in Allison park from 7 to 10 as part of the tuesday Diva series. No cover and wonderful menu.
