Hi Everyone! Due to many requests I am going to start classes in August instead of September. The updated website is up and running with classes from August through January. (open to everyone) BYOB Date Night Dining (couples only) BYOB These are Friday and Saturday night classes with delicious menus. The menu is the same for both classes and changes every month. Dinners contain what my husband calls "normal food" (instead of ethnic food) such as steak, fish, turkey breast, pork tenderloin, and pork crown roast. I have tried to match the menus with the season/holidays and each meal comes with soup/appetizer, salad, entrée & sides plus dessert, coffee, and tea. Price is $65.00 per person or $130.00 a couple and you will prepare a spectacular dinner which will be served on china with real napkins and a tablecloth!!!! Pierogies & Other Polish Favorites Somehow I always thought that everyone knew how to make pierogies, haluski, stuffed cabbage, etc. Obviously, I am wrong as students have asked for this class many times. So, here it is! $65.00 per person. Feliz Navidad!--A Spanish Holiday Tapas Party We have decided to visit a different country each year with a holiday party. This year it's Spain! You will have more time for partying as some of the dishes will be partially prepared for you. Three dates have been set aside for the party. And, of course, if you wish to schedule your group of 6-10 people for another date we can make those arrangements. December 7th/Friday evening from 6:00-10:00 PM December 8th/Saturday evening from 6:00-10:00 PM December 9th/Sunday afternoon from 4:00-8:00 PM Although the sangria will be flowing you are also welcome to bring wine/beer. The tapas party is $75.00 a person and please make your reservations early!
