Besides the usual ethnic classes we have some NEW CLASSES which are very exciting....at least I think they are!

 

 

These are Friday and Saturday night classes with delicious menus.  The menu is the same for both classes and changes every month.  Dinners contain what my husband calls "normal food" (instead of ethnic food) such as steak, fish, turkey breast, pork tenderloin, and pork crown roast.  I have tried to match the menus with the season/holidays and each meal comes with soup/appetizer, salad, entrée & sides plus dessert, coffee, and tea.  Price is $65.00 per person or $130.00 a couple and you will prepare a spectacular dinner which will be served on china with real napkins and a tablecloth!!!!

 

Somehow I always thought that everyone knew how to make pierogies, haluski, stuffed cabbage, etc.  Obviously, I am wrong as students have asked for this class many times.  So, here it is!  $65.00 per person.

 

 

We have decided to visit a different country each year with a holiday party.  This year it's Spain!  You will have more time for partying as some of the dishes will be partially prepared for you.  Three dates have been set aside for the party.   And, of course, if you wish to schedule your group of 6-10 people for another date we can make those arrangements.

 

 

Although the sangria will be flowing you are also welcome to bring wine/beer.  The tapas party is $75.00 a person and please make your reservations early!
