[Highland Park] summer camps
My soon-to-be 15 year old niece will be spending july and august with my partner and I and we would like to enroll her in some summer camps. Any suggestions or guidance on what parents have found would be helpful, especially less expensive ones. Thanks in advance. dawn -- dawn m. zachow, msw write on! llc program design/proposal development/grant writing 412.432.9986 412.202.3384 (fax) Every 35 minutes a woman tests positive for HIV in the U.S. (CDC 2010). Hi Dawn, Union Project's *new* Community Arts Programming will be conducting summer arts camps this year June, July & August for the first time ever. We will be having at least 3 (more if response is good) including Young Women's Ceramics for ages 8-16, Family Mosaic Camp in partnership with the Pgh Glass Center, that they could do together for youth ages 8-18, and Re-create Arts (in partnership with Re-Use Pgh for ages 8-12.) Prices range $150-175 for the week and scholarships are available if needed. For more details contact Jenna Vanden Brink, Union Project Arts Liaison at 412-363-4550 x 22, check out our website unionproject.org under ceramics schedule, or just stop in any time. Union Project will also be at the Bryant Street Festival doing arts activities on Sunday June 6th so stop by and ask about all of our new Community Arts Programming. The more good response we get the more options we can provide. Help us spread the word! Thanks, Jeffrey On Tue, May 18, 2010 at 9:25 AM, Dawn Zachow <dawn.zachow@gmail.com> wrote:
