Hey all, My husband, who is a contractor, is looking to rent or rent to own, or purchase a space for his growing contractor business. In his ideal world, he wants to own--- but if he doesn't find anything in the near future, then he will rent until he finds the 'perfect' space. Here is what he is looking for: At minimum a space that is the equivalent of a two car garage, with electricity. He would prefer some sort of warehouse or building with a garage space---that would provide office and bathroom space. He needs a space he can gain easy access to via trucks. He is looking to stay in the east end. It can be a 'dump' or a 'fixer upper'...he is happy to frehab to suit his needs. If you know of something that might fit the bill, please email me.
