Hey all,<div><br></div><div>My husband, who is a contractor, is looking to rent or rent to own, or purchase a space for his growing contractor business. In his ideal world, he wants to own--- but if he doesn&#39;t find anything in the near future, then he will rent until he finds the &#39;perfect&#39; space.</div>
<div><br></div><div>Here is what he is looking for:</div><div><br></div><div>At minimum a space that is the equivalent of a two car garage, with electricity.</div><div><br></div><div>He would prefer some sort of warehouse or building with a garage space---that would provide office and bathroom space. </div>
<div>He needs a space he can gain easy access to via trucks. </div><div>He is looking to stay in the east end.</div><div>It can be a &#39;dump&#39; or a &#39;fixer upper&#39;...he is happy to frehab to suit his needs.</div>
