Come see the work the HPCDC and our development partners have been doing on the 800-block of Mellon Street where renovation projects at the Victorian Queen Anne style homes at 807, 813, 815, & 817 Mellon Street are in progress and renovation of the 7-unit Sutherland apartment building at 839 Mellon Street is expected to be complete soon.
