Dear Neighbors, Thanks to the listserv we have some descriptions. A neighbor was passing by our house around 3:20pm (Wednesday) and saw a white woman, late 20s, pale skin, dark clothing, with dark hair pulled back, standing in our driveway holding a bag. A tall, dark, thin African American man with a red shirt was on our porch was looking in the windows. Another neighbor on our block reported that their house seemed to be tampered with as well.
