Thanks to the listserv we have some descriptions.

A neighbor was passing by our house around 3:20pm (Wednesday) and saw a white woman, late 20s, pale skin, dark clothing, with dark hair pulled back, standing in our driveway holding a bag. A tall, dark, thin African American man with a red shirt was on our porch was looking in the windows. 

Another neighbor on our block reported that their house seemed to be tampered with as well.

Keep an eye out for this couple.
