We are an intentional community in Highland Park looking for roommate for a March 1st (or earlier) move in. *Room Availability: 1 Bedroom: $600* The cost includes *rent, utilities, groceries and meals, streaming subscriptions, internet, and toiletries.* We share most things in the home communally and we host guests very regularly. Our space is best suited for people who are comfortable with a highly social and interactive home. We share responsibilities and check in on a regular basis about our lives and our house. Our goal is to create a supportive and warm place to come home to every night. *Roommates must:* - Enjoy cooking - Be able to commit to 6-12 month lease - Be able to tolerate three cats - Abide by a chore chart - Attend an hour long house meeting every 4-6 weeks - Open minded.
