We are an intentional community in Highland Park
looking for roommate for a March 1st (or earlier) move in.

Room Availability:  1 Bedroom: $600

The cost includes rent, utilities, groceries and meals, streaming subscriptions, internet, and toiletries. We share most things in the home communally and we host guests very regularly. Our space is best suited for people who are comfortable with a highly social and interactive home. We share responsibilities and check in on a regular basis about our lives and our house. Our goal is to create a supportive and warm place to come home to every night.

Roommates must:
- Enjoy cooking
- Be able to commit to 6-12 month lease
- Be able to tolerate three cats
- Abide by a chore chart
- Attend an hour long house meeting every 4-6 weeks
- Open minded. We are queer, polyamourous and welcoming to all   types of people
