Dear neighbors, I recently received a citation from the city for several violations. Apparently, a neighbor called the city to complain about 'too large of weeds jutting out into the Azimuth Alley". The weeds were barely jutting out into the alley! This triggered numerous citations from the city, including, weeds jutting into the Azimuth Alley, as well as junk left in the alley (that other people had dumped against my backyard concrete retaining wall), plus other items such as sidewalk repair. I paid someone to clear the weeds and the junk that was being dumped there. Also hired someone to repair sidewalks, etc. Yesterday, when I was raking leaves, I noticed that someone once again had left junk against my retaining wall. There was a very large glass and iron door left there as well as other trash. Neighbours!--please refrain from leaving items in the Azimuth/Euclid alley. It is not being picked up by the city. I will be contacting the city today to report the junk. I have attached a photo of the item that was dumped there. Also, let's be neighborly neighbors! If you have an issue, please come tell me directly. Running to the city with complaints does not foster good neighborhood relationships!
