Dear Neighbors: About 2 years ago our basement was flooded when our sewer backed up from roots in our sewer (by the way, if you don't have the special coverage you need for roots in sewers, I recommend you get it! We didn't and it cost us $4,000 out of pocket to replace the pipes!). We also get some rain water in our basement during heavy rains. We need a basement waterproofing consultant. Any recommendations?
