Volunteer Opportunities Be part of a grassroots effort that is changing Pittsburgh at the very heart of its neighborhoods! Almost 2,000 people from across the street and across the country have given almost 20,000 hours toward the Union Project and our innovative efforts to transform a formerly abandoned church into vibrant space for artists, community builders and people of faith. Participants have deepened their investment in the city - and their relationships with fellow volunteers - and in the process, restored a 15,000 square foot historic landmark! Our ongoing operations center around social enterprise and innovation and we depend on the support of volunteers like you to make meaningful contributions to efforts in restoration, children's activities, marketing, community events and more. Check out www.unionproject.org to learn more about us and about how you can get involved!
