Dear Highland Park People, I recently purchased and remodeled 831 Collins Street (about 6 houses down from Jackson St.). The 2nd and 3rd floor apartments are finished and rented out. A school teacher is living on the 3rd floor and a newly married couple from our church on the 2nd floor. The first floor will be available June 1st. All of the apartments are very nice (wood floors, new carpeting and appliciances, etc), but the first floor will be the nicest. First floor includes a large bedroom with new closets, remodeled bathroom, nice kitchen with an island, bar stools, new appliances, and a living room with new carpeting. 1st floor also has indoor access to washer/dryer in the basement.
